Rice (Nee Mulhall), Helen Loretta; Formerly of Proton Township, passed away at Wellington Terrace, Elora, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband Pat Rice. Much loved Mom of Jim and Linda, Kevin and Susan, Sheila Rice Simpson and Al, Sharon Snider and Mark, Rita Rice Bowers and Steve, Doug and Cathy, and Len and Kim. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Jason, Angie, Lisa, Amanda, Jeff, Pam, Andrea, Emily, Shawn, Matt, Luke, Katrina, Greg, Laura, Gavin, Adam, Cody, Callee, Mitchell, Matthew, Michael, and Lexie. Great grandmother of Abby, Amber, Ava, Jenna, Brice, Victoria, Chase, Mason, Courtney and Allison. Sister of Pat Mulhall (Georgina), Fr. Gerald Mulhall, Eileen Murray (Leo), Lou Mulhall, Stella McCabe (Terry) and Myrtle Gorman (Jim). Sister-in-law of Mary Ellen Manion and Dora Mulhall. Also survived by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Pat and Stella Mulhall, brother, Bill Mulhall, brother-in-law Vince Bolen and sister-in-law Donna Mulhall. Friends called at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Prayer Vigil was held on Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Proton Township on Monday, February 20th at 11am. Interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
