Martin, Tony J.; Following a courageous battle on Friday, August 27th, 2010 at the London University Hospital, with his family by his side. Tony Martin in his 57th year of Fergus, formerly of Brampton and Orangeville. Beloved and devoted husband and best friend of Christine Bevan-Stewart. Loving father of Andrea, Allison, Gillian, Claire, Clare and Laura. Dearest grandfather of Ashlynn. Loved son of Doris Martin. Dear brother of Caroline (Henry) Eakin, Elizabeth (Cherubino) Dicesare and Veronica (Joseph) Santaguida. Tony is lovingly survived by a number of nieces, nephews and other family members also in Malta and the U.K. Pre-deceased by his father William Martin (1992). The family received their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 280 St. David St S. Fergus on Monday, August 30th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at the St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church, 460 St. George St W. in Fergus on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 11am. Interment followed at the Assumption Cemetery, 6933 Tomkin Road, Mississauga the same day at 2:30pm.
