Denny, Clarence Steveson; Clarence passed away at Stratford General Hospital on Monday, July 12th, 2010 after a brief illness, at the age of 86. He is survived by his partner, Bev Kant of Stratford, Vera Denny and their three children: Vern (Linda), Ray (Mary Lou) and Joyce Marshall. He was the proud grandfather of: Michael (Kim), Brian (Krista), Stephen, Gregory, Kevin, Kyle and Baillie and great-grandfather of Isabelle, Emilie and Hayden. He is survived by his sisters Edith McMurdo and Jessie Aldam and was predeceased by his brothers Ralph and Elmer and his sister Leola Koch. The family received friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home “Shoemaker Chapel” 55 Mill Street East, Acton, (1-877-421-9860 – toll free) on Thursday, July 15th from 2- 4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. John Bedell at Churchill Community Church (Churchill Road North at the Halton/Erin Town Line) on Friday, July 16th at eleven o’clock. The interment followed at Churchill Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
