Freeman, Susanna (Mrs. Leonard); Peacefully went home to be with her Lord, on Friday, April 18, 2008, at Heritage House, St. Jacob’s on her 57th wedding anniversary. Susanna (Weber) Freeman, in her 81st year, of RR1, Elmira. Beloved wife of Leonard Freeman. Dear mother of Gerald of Bluevale, Arthur and Janette of Alma, Dennis and Lorraine of RR1, Elmira, Lamar and Carolyn of RR 1 Fergus, Maynard and Colleen of Elmira. Lovingly remembered by her 14 grandchildren and her first great granddaughter. Sister of Selina Brubacher of Conestoga, Lydia Freeman, Martha and Mel Eby, all of Elmira and Amos and Grace Weber of Kitchener. Predeceased by her parents, Amos and Lovina (Martin) Weber; her sister Irene Martin; and her three brothers, Clayton, Ivan, and Emmanuel Weber. The family received friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, on Sunday, April 19 from 6-9pm and Monday, April 20 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. At 11am on Tuesday, April 22, transfer was made to Crystal View Mennonite Church, Floradale for funeral service at 1:30pm followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. In her memory, donations to Fergus Memorial Community Hospital Building Fund or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
