More people are killed in car accidents today from distracted driving than any other reason. The penalties are $490 but if you try to fight it and you lose it cost $1000.You could face more charges for careless driving if you endanger any other people because of any distraction.if you are convicted of careless driving, you may receive: six demerit points, fines up to $2.000 and a jail term of six months or a jail term of six months and a license up suspension up to 2 years. If it’s not you in the ca driving distracted it could be someone else who is, and they could crash into to you. Don’t drive distracted – keep your eyes on the road and stay there.

Sincerely,
