Archived Letter – 678

Today I was greatly disappointed with Walmart. In the parking lot there was a dog locked in a van, front windows up, but the back windows were popped out. This poor animal was in obvious distress. I asked the Customer Service Manager to page the license number but was informed that it is against store policy.
If customers would ask each staff member about this policy, maybe the management might reconsider the paging of license numbers.
