Dear Editor I arrived home today to find that Centre Wellington Hydro cut down three 8ft cedar hedges on my property apparently to access a hydro box that sits on town land next to my house. They cut down these 15 year old cedars and left them in a pile on my lawn. No note or explanation was left by them at my door. I immediatly called Hydro and asked what right they had to come on my property and cut down trees and was told that they needed access to the hydro box. That I understand, but cut down three cedars to the ground? All they had to do was trim a few branches maybe or asked me to trim them. These cedars were not even touching the box and have been there for 15 yrs without any problem. Now, what I have left is a three foot hole in my line of hedges which I can only fix by cutting them all down. At minimun they at least could have talked to me first or left a note and I would have gladly accomodated them. Bill Marshall
