Diana Downtown is presenting its annual Guelph Jazz Festival Jazz Around Town series dinner show with local jazz vocalist Brenda Lewis.
Originally from eastern Ontario, Lewis featured her 25 Years of Singing Celebration this past year in the Guelph Youth Music Centre’s Concert Series, the 2018 Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival and in the Registry Theatre’s Jazz Series.
For her seventh jazz festival show at Diana Downtown, Lewis will be joined by her longtime music partner and Toronto jazz guitarist and producer/engineer Margaret Stowe. The duo will be joined by Guelph’s own Cowboy Junkie/Tamarack-er Jeff Bird on upright bass and harmonica.
The show will take place on Sept. 15 from 6 to 8:30pm.
While there is no cover charge, dinner reservations are recommended.
