A story called Local singer releases tribute song on page 18 of the May 3 Wellington Advertiser mistakenly said that Brittany Brodie’s cousin died two years ago.
He was actually killed a number of years ago while on the way to a hockey game in Lethbridge, Alberta. Brodie wrote a song about him two years ago.
The Advertiser regrets the error.
