On Dec. 22 at about 4pm Wellington County OPP responded to a brown sedan travelling on the shoulder of Wellington Road 109, south of Harriston.
“The motor vehicle was travelling at off the pavement with its four-ways activated at a speed slightly lower than the posted limit of 80km/h,” police stated in a press release.
“The male driver … was suspended from driving by the Ministry of Transportation multiple times.”
William Allan Davidson, 59, of Mildmay, was charged with two counts of driving while suspended. He is to appear in court on Feb. 7.
Davidson was also stopped and charged by Wellington County OPP on Nov. 3. On that day he was also charged for two-counts of driving while suspended.
