The Mount Forest Family Health Team, in partnership with public health is a hosting Breastfeeding Cafe every third Wednesday of the month.
The Mount Forest Breastfeeding Cafe was developed to support moms on their breastfeeding journey.
The group will start with a new date and time on Feb. 21 at 11am and will continue the third Wednesday of each month in the community room at the public health/daycare/EarlyON building.
This peer support group will help mothers connect with others who are breastfeeding. All are welcome, including expectant moms, new moms or more seasoned mothers.
Participants can enjoy a tea/coffee and share joys, challenges and unique breastfeeding experiences in an informal get together.
The Breast Feeding Cafe is held every third Wednesday of the month from 11am to noon at the Community Room in the EarlyON centre, daycare and public health building (311 Foster Street, Mount Forest).
