On Nov. 1, Puslinch councillors were informed the Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) has declared surplus a property on Arkell Road.
The GRCA intends to sell it on the open market.
The two-acre parcel of land and house is located at 683 Arkell Road.
The property is adjacent to the Starkey Hill Conservation Area.
