On Dec. 24 at about 12:30am, Wellington County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program on Highway 6 here.
Police say officers spoke to the female driver of a black Saturn sedan and detected the odour of suspected burnt marijuana.
Selina Phu Nguyen, 20, of Centre Wellington, was charged with possession of cocaine. She is to appear in Guelph court on Jan. 19.
