Four teens charged in connection to break-ins

Four teenagers from Mount Forest have been charged in connection with a number of recent break-ins.

On Dec. 15 at about 7:30am, Wellington County OPP officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Wellington Road 109 at 5th Line in Wellington North.

Police say “a variety of property” at the scene  “did not belong to” four people found at the scene who were arrested and transported to a local OPP detachment for further investigation.

As a result the four teens were charged in relation to break-ins and mischief occurrences in Mount Forest and Palmerston.

Charged with mischief, theft under $5,000, two counts of break and enter and three counts of possession of property obtained by crime are:

– Saige Dollimore, 18,  of Mount Forest;

– Ethan George, 18, of Mount Forest;

– Robert Taylor, 18, of Mount Forest; and

– a 17-year-old male from Mount Forest.

All four are to appear in Guelph court on Jan. 12.
