GM Blueplan Engineering Limited is recommending council accept the low bid of Fairway Electrical Services Inc. for lighting upgrades at the Aberfoyle Ball Diamond.
The project includes installation of a new eight pole lighting system and new bleachers at the Aberfoyle Ball Diamond.
Two bid packages were received. Correspondence from Amanda Pepping of GM Blueplan recommend council accept the low bid made by Fairway Electrical Services which came in at $209,824.
She asked the municipality to advise of its decision so GM Blueplan can review with the successful contractor and request the official documents for inclusion in the contract to be executed.
Council accepted the correspondence as information.
