The township is hosting a community information night to assist with the preparation of urban design guidelines for Mapleton’s urban areas (Alma, Moorefield and Drayton).
The session will consist of a short presentation followed by a facilitated and interactive community-based discussion aimed at identifying opportunities and challenges for the township’s urban design guidelines project.
The development of urban design guidelines is part of the municipality’s Community Improvement Plan.
The event will be held on Aug. 17 at the PMD arena in Drayton. Doors open at 6:30pm and discussion begins at 7pm.
