Two local men have been charged following a drug bust here on June 21.
Wellington County OPP officials say police executed a search warrant at on Belsyde Avenue in Fergus and seized “a quantity of drugs and drug trafficking equipment.”
Connor McLeod, 23, and Westin McLeod, 19, both of Fergus, were arrested and charged with:
– possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking;
– possession of Xanax for the purpose of trafficking; and
– possession of acid (lysergic acid diethylamide) for the purpose of trafficking.
Westin McLeod was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and production of marijuana.
They were both held for bail.
