Centre Wellington is looking at the next stage of its budget process.
In late 2016, councillors agreed to its 2017 capital budget. The township will deliberate the township’s 2017 draft operating budget on:
– Jan. 24 from 9am to 6:30pm (staff budget presentations begin at 9am and delegations will be received at 5pm);
– Jan. 27 from 9am to 4pm; and
– Feb. 2 from 9am to 4pm (if required).
Council will receive submissions from registered delegates at the Jan. 24 meeting.
Persons wishing to make a submission can register with clerk Kerri O’Kaneat 519-846-9691 ext. 243 no later than noon on Jan. 20.”
All discussions will take place in the council chamber at the municipal office, 1 MacDonald Square, Elora.
