On Aug. 27 at about 8:20pm Wellington County OPP received a report that two doors were damaged by a man at an apartment building on Queen Street East in Fergus after an altercation.
Police say the suspect left the scene and was arrested nearby.
Tyler Middleton, 18, of Palmerston, was charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000. He is to appear in Guelph court on Oct. 7.
