A young woman was airlifted to Hamilton hospital after a serious crash here last week.
On April 27 at about 10:50am, emergency crews responded to a serious two-vehicle collision on Wellington Road 2 just east of Creek Road in Minto.
Wellington County OPP officials say a west bound vehicle had two female occupants from Minto and the east bound vehicle was driven by a male from Minden Hills. All involved were taken to a local hospital.
Two were treated for minor injuries, but the 26-year-old female driver suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a Hamilton hospital.
The cause of the collision was investigated by Technical Collision Investigators from Wellington County OPP and OPP Highway Safety Division. Wellington County Road 2 was closed between Creek Road and the 6th Line for several hours.
