The 14th annual Community Arts Festival at the Elora Centre for the Arts will take place on July 9 and 10.
Art in the Yard is an annual, outdoor juried art exhibition and sale (originals only) held on the two acre grounds of the Elora Centre for the Arts in the heart Elors.
The Elora Centre for the Arts (ECFTA) invites applications for exhibition from all artists, artisans and craftspeople working in a wide range of traditional and experimental forms. Fine, decorative and applied arts in all media will be considered.
Entries will be selected by a jury of professional peers to ensure a high quality presentation of unique and original design only.
All artwork displayed at Art in the Yard must be consistent with what submitted to the jury for selection purposes.
Interested artists must apply by May 6 to be considered. To apply visit the Art in the Yard 2016 webpage on the Elora Centre for the Arts website and complete the 2016 Call for Entry Application Brochure.
Return the brochure with supporting materials to the Elora Centre for the Arts before May 6.
All images should be marked as to orientation and be clearly labeled with the artists name, title of the work, medium and measurements.
For those submitting by mail include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of applications not selected. Returning artist need not send in photos of their work unless the medium has changed.
Applications can be letter mailed, emailed (info@eloracentreforthearts.ca) or delivered to the Elora Centre for the Arts in person.
