On Nov. 22, Brighten Up will celebrate its Toy Store Day.
From 12 to 4pm the local toy and game shop will launch its fourth annual toy drive to support East Wellington Community Services (EWCS).
Toy Store Day will feature free face painting, “mingle magic with Al,” free crafts, hourly door prizes, and more.
“This is an opportunity to celebrate your family, your community and kick off your Christmas season with your local toy store,” Brighten Up co-owner Chris Bailey said in a press release.
“Plus you’re sure to leave with some very cool gift ideas to pass on to Santa this Christmas season.”
Brighten Up will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for local families in need.
Plus, on Toy Store Day on Nov. 22, 10% of every purchase will be re-invested in the toy drive.
Brighten Up will also offer a chance for kids to have their photos taken with Santa on Nov. 29. Photos are free with a donation to the toy drive. Call 519-833-9258 to reserve a spot.
