It was a festive mood at DeBoer’s Equipment here on June 13, as staff members, customers and other community members gathered to celebrate the business’ 50th anniversary.
DeBoer’s opened in 1965 and in 1972 became the first dealer in Canada to sell Kubota consumer, commercial, construction and agricultural products.
Since then, the business has expanded its line-up of products and suppliers. From hay and forage products to home, lawn and garden care, DeBoer’s Equipment offers something for everyone. It also sells recreational vehicles such as snowmobiles and ATVs, and household items such as pressure washers and snowblowers.
