Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington is set to host their annual Winter Warmer whisky tasting event, featuring a selection of whiskies from The Macallan’s 1824 Collection.
The event will take place at the Tannery Hub at 121 Charles Street West, in Kitchener, on March 5, from 7pm to 10pm. This year, the society has partnered with The Macallan, who will provide whiskies from their 1824 Collection to taste, with guidance and information from mixologist Mike McLean.
“We’re thrilled to have The Macallan join us this year for the 2015 Winter Warmer Event. The support of the business community for an event like this makes it a pleasure to put on and promote. I look forward to sharing a wee dram or two with whomever cares to support this great cause,” says Darryl Watty, Winter Warmer event chair.
