Two lectures about the Canadian experience in the First World War

Guelph Museums is set to host two lectures about the Canadian military and the First World War.

These lectures are part of Guelph Museums’ military lecture series, which is offered in partnership with the Laurier Centre for Military, Strategic and Disarmament Studies.

On Jan. 15, Mark Humphries, professor of history at Memorial University, will give a talk entitled, Doctors at the Front: the Canadian Experience. On March 19, Andrew Iarocci, professor of history at Western University, will present, Making History on Film: Documenting the Discovery of Missing Canadian Soldiers of the First World War.

Both talks will be held at the Guelph Civic Museum at will start at 7pm. Admission is by donation.
