On Aug. 7 at approximately 6pm, Wellington County OPP attended a residence on 7th Line near Side Road 15, Centre Wellington Township for a suspicious person call.
It was reported that a young boy playing with his brother on the property was given candy by a male operating a red Kia Sportage (newer model).
The parents observed the vehicle a short distance away and it left the area prior to police arriving.
Wellington County OPP would like to speak with the driver of the vehicle.
