Sensational Elora officials are inviting locals to enjoy “fabulous music from the great Acoustic Cafe musicians” during a Soup Off and Empty Bowls event at the county museum on Oct. 14.
“Your ticket buys you a world of tastes as you sample soups made with local and sustainable food,” states a press release. “Encourage these great chefs and vote for your favourite.”
All proceeds from the Soup Off and Empty Bowls go to the Centre Wellington Food Bank and the CWDHS Breakfast Program. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children and $35 for families. The events are at the museum in Aboyne on Oct. 14 from 1 to 4pm. Visit sensationalelora.com for info.
