During Small Business Month, the Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce will host a networking breakfast on the topic of Pros and Cons of Franchises. The event will begin at 7pm at the Elora Legion on Oct. 23 and will feature Aileen Hawkins of M&M Meats.
