Centre Wellington Mayor Joanne Ross-Zuj says activities at the local seniors centre are overwhelming – in a good way.
In commenting on June being designated as Seniors Month, she also commented on local activities at the seniors centre.
“[The seniors] are on the go every day this month, not only with activities, but with seminars, presentations and workshops.”
Ross-Zuj offered kudos to the work of Kathryn Morgan, Supervisor of Senior Services, for providing an agenda which is so appealing.
She then added “… and a happy Seniors Month to all those who have been out there participating.”
