The public library here will host Bonhams, one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine art and antiques, for an exclusive appraisal event.
World-renowned experts will be at the main library (100 Norfolk Street) on April 13 from 9am to 4pm to offer one-on-one verbal appraisals and share the significance of hidden treasures.
Space is limited for these exclusive bookings and registration is required. Appraisals are $15 per item (or three for $30) with a library card and $20 per item (or three for $40) without.
Bonhams appraisers will evaluate Canadian and European art, decorative arts, books, maps, silver, porcelain, and jewelry. Unfortunately, dolls, musical instruments, and large pieces of furniture will not be accepted.
Register and pay for a session at any library branch.
