This Saturday looks to be a fun event for a good cause as Nichole Caswell leads a zumba-thon for local residents to support Heart & Stroke.
Registration for the Saturday morning event at the Optimist Recreation Centre in Aberfoyle is at 10am while the event begins at 10:30am.
As a zumba instructor, Caswell felt this was a natural fit.One of the reasons was close to home
“My dad had a stroke about six years ago.”
She stressed “100 per cent of the funds raised will support Heart and Stroke.”
Caswell is also hoping members of Puslinch council will be on hand, or take part in the event.
