As part of the building report on Nov. 15, council here received an application for a demolition permit in Ospringe.
That was required as a result of extensive damage caused by a fire at a gas station there in October.
The gas station, which was not on the town’s heritage list, has since been demolished.
Home and Quonset hut
Council also received an application to demolish a home and Quonset hut at 9398 County Road 124.
The demolition application was made Nov. 3. There are no plans to replace the dwelling and the property is not part of the town’s heritage list.
Council issued both permits.
