Looking to turn “A New Leaf” in 2011?
The Women of Wellington & Saugeen Area are offering the chance to turn “A New Leaf” in 2011 with personalized organizing solutions and time management.
The workshop, of the Harriston-Minto Community Complex Auditorium on Thursday, Feb. 16 is from 6pm to 8pm.
The workshop includes a light meal.
Making the presentation is Cathy Mendler, owner A New Leaf, specializing in providing personalized organizing solutions for home and small business.
Mendler has been a member of Professional Organizer in Canada since March 2006 and obtained her Trained Professional Organizer Certificate in November 2008.
She is a member of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization.
To date she has taken 19 course on topics dealing with clients who have ADHD, hoarding and chronic disorganization issues.
As a certified GO (Getting Organized) System Trainer, Mendler helps individuals and businesses by improving their workplace productivity.
Speaking to a variety of community groups, Mendler seeks to inspire people to simplify their lives through organization.
Women of Wellington & Saugeen is an educational and networking opportunity for women in business and within the Wellington-Saugeen area.

• Multitasking – how does it affect productivity;
• Go System – blocking off 96 minutes per day;
• Multitasking exercise;
• Elizabeth Lengyel – 6-40-20 Rule;
• Harold Taylor – To-Do List and Daily Planner;
• Time management tips;
• Office and/or desk – set up for maximum productivity;
• Followup system;
• Procrastination; and;
• Eat that Frog – Brian Tracy.
The cost to Chamber Members is $12 and for non-members is $15.
