Students from Centre Wellington will be joining more than 100,000 Canadian youths participating in the World Vision 30-Hour Famine on April 16 and 17 to raise funds for Haiti relief and recovery efforts, as well as other development projects.
Last year, local youths from schools, churches and organizations volunteered 30 hours of their time and raised $2,795 to help children and families struggling to stay alive.
