It looks like former Minto Clerk Barb Wilson is settling into her new job in Huron County.
Mayor David Anderson said he received a letter from the clerk of Huron County.
“It sorta sounds a little strange, doesn’t it,” Anderson quipped.
The letter was from former Minto clerk Barb Wilson, who recently left Minto for the position of Huron County clerk.
The letter read, “Thanks to all of you. Words cannot express my appreciation for your thoughtful gifts. I will always remember with great fondness my friends of the Town of Minto.”
“As Mayor Anderson said so perfectly, this is not goodbye, but see ya. I look forward to seeing you all at conferences soon, and maybe in Minto before we move.
“Thank you all so much for your friendship and for the years together as council and clerk.”
