CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Bowie Lives show is coming to the Fergus Grand Theatre on Nov. 30 at 7:30pm.
The show is presented by Outshout Entertainment and is Canada’s sensational tribute to David Bowie, stated officials.
The event is located at 244 St. Andrew St. W. in Fergus.
Dressed as Annie Lennox will be Fergus’ own singer and songwriter Amanda Braam, who will be performing hit song Under Pressure.
Braam is known for her rich harmonies, crunchy cords and catchy melodies along with her vivid imagery.
Her debut album, Ladybus Basement, was released in 2021.
Shortly thereafter she won the Dorothy Shoemaker Songwriting Contest and Western University’s Musician Competition.
She and her bandmates have performed at various venues in southern Ontario, competed in multiple competitions, and graced the main stage at Riverfest Elora.
In September, Braam released her newest single, Deep Sea Corals.
According to officials, tickets have been selling fast and will continue to do so for their final show of 2024.
Those interested can call 519-787-1981 for tickets or visit the band’s website at thebowielives.com.
