HANOVER – The Hanover Community Players will open their production of The Sound of Music on Nov. 29 at the Hanover Civic Theatre.
The show will begin at 7pm, with the Hanover Community Players (HCP), along with the Hanover Lions Club, hosting their Mix and Mingle age of majority event in the community hall prior to the show.
Patrons with tickets for that evening’s performance are invited to come down and partake of the cash bar and goodies provided by the Lions. The hall is accessible from the theatre entrance on 10th Avenue and from the hall across from the library in the Civic Centre.
Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. All the Lions ask is a reasonable donation for their food efforts as this is designed to help HCP continue their programs. HCP tickets are priced as follows. Adults $30, youth 13-17 $20, and children 12 and under, $10.
