Commemorating – Members of the 361 fergus army cadets and the 1882 Wellington rifles participated in the Elora Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov. 11.

Veteran – Bob Proctor turns 99 in January. He is the area’s last living veteran of the Second World War. He is pictured with his son Robert at the Elora rembrance Day ceremony

Respect – Piper Shawn Aitken of the Fergus Pipe Band plays the lament “The flowers of the forest” at the Elora Remembrance Day ceremony.

Pipe band– Piper Sue Baker leads the Fergus Pipe Band in a moving rendition of Amazing Grace at the conclusion of the Elora Remembrance Day ceremony.
