A barn west of here was destroyed by fire on Friday.
A driver on the nearby Highway 401 reported seeing the barn, located between Badenoch and Morriston, ablaze at about 9:30am on April 7.
Firefighters from Puslinch and Guelph-Eramosa arrived at the property, on Wellington Road 36 between Waston and Victoria Roads, to find the structure engulfed in flames.
They were joined by firefighters from Guelph and Milton.
Wellington Road 36 was closed for several hours between Victoria Road and Watson Road while fire crews battled the blaze.
No one was injured and there were no animals in the barn.
The structure was used for storage of farm antiques and equipment, all of which was destroyed in the fire.
Fire and police officials did not say what could have caused the blaze, but they do not believe it was suspicious.
Puslinch Fire Chief Steve Goode said the total dollar loss will exceed $200,000.
