It is with heavy hearts and great sadness, that we announce the passing of Rino Odorico. Rino, passed away peacefully at Georgetown General Hospital, in his 92 year. Rino, son of the late Raimondo and Santina (Comuzzi) Odorico. Loving husband of 62 years to Marian Odorico (Daniel), father to Debbie (Randy), and Sandy (Justin). Proud grandfather to Darcey, Sarah and Juliana. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Rino and Marian, moved to Erin from the Mississauga area in the 1960’s and opened their business “Rico’s Fruit Market”. Their store became a staple of the town where many came to shop, and chat for a while. When Rino was not working in the store, he always had a project on the go, or went to town for coffee, where he would meet up with many friends. We would like to send our sincere gratitude to the Palliative Care Nurses at Georgetown Hospital who showed caring and compassion to Rino in his final days. We would further like to thank the Wellington Paramedics: Hillsburgh. Their continued support and guidance with Rino and family was invaluable throughout his health struggles. A private family ceremony was held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Georgetown Hospital Foundation.
