Blast into summer with Wellington County Library!
Visit us in-branch on Saturday, June 22 to sign up for Summer Reading Club. Kids can get a special collectable brag tag, while quantities last.
This summer-long initiative encourages readers of all ages to explore the fun of reading with the chance to win awesome prizes. Families can also sign up for programmes running July 2 to Aug. 24.
From special guest performers to out-of-this-world crafts, we will have activities for everyone to enjoy.
June is also Ontario Seniors Month. New to Wellington County Library, borrow a cognitive activity kit for people living with dementia to use alongside a caregiver. Contents include conversation starters, fun activities and sensory tools. Kits can be requested at www.wellington.ca/Catalogue.
To help get you started, we are offering information sessions with staff from the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington. Register for these and all upcoming programming at www.wellington.ca/LibraryCalendar.
