AMARANTH – The Coming Home Festival has announced its lineup for the Aug. 9 to 11 music festival.
And tickets are on sale too.
The lineup includes:
– on Aug. 9, Paige Warner, Josh Taerk and Jiggity James with a fireside accoustic jam at 10pm;
– on Aug. 10, Shanti Maya Kirtan, Black Suit Devil, Ashley Gilmore and Bhadra Collective.
There will be another fireside accoustic jam session as well; and
– on Aug. 11, Naomi Tessler, Chris Mapstone and Elemental Dance. The weekend closes with a closing jam with multiple artists.
The festival prides itself on being healing, and there will be a host of workshops with healing in mind like yoga, drumming circles, meditation and holistic practitioners.
There’s camping for those who want to stay the weekend, food vendors, a clothing swap, children’s area and artisan market.
As the grassroots festival moves into its third year, “our focus continues to shift toward that of celebrating through music, building a sense of community and healing of body, mind and soul,” officials state.
A weekend pass for adults costs $195. Single day passes are also available at different prices depending on when you go.
Children 12 and under are free.
