Fete Romantique was once again a big winner for Guelph Arts Council, raising $16,000 in support of the council’s arts and heritage services and programs in the community.
This year’s winner of the Fête Romantique Grand Prize is Paul Gazzola, a Guelph native who is the owner operator of a local mortgage company.
He and five guests of his choosing will be treated to a multi-course dinner being co-ordinated by Platters Catering and Events and served by members of arts council on Feb. 16. The grand prize event takes place in a local heritage home, and comes complete with complimentary limousine service. Thirty-one others also won Fête Romantique prizes, such as tickets to local concerts, theatres, and festivals as well as gift certificates to Guelph restaurants or the products and services of fine local businesses.
