FERGUS – The Bulletproof Brothers Band is coming to the Fergus Grand Theatre on March 2.
“It’s an exciting time for us because we’re pumped up and ready to go,” band member Steve DeGeer told the Advertiser.
The 60s country rock band intends to play 21 songs in total, including original and new material from its album.
DeGeer has been in the music industry for over 40 years and does a lot of the band’s writing, alongside Steve Ashton, and they share vocals while on stage.
DeGeer is from Fergus, while the other five members of the band are from the Kitchener area.
“I love my beautiful town,” DeGeer said.
The show will begin at 8pm with tickets being sold for $30 per person.
At the event, there will also be a 50/50 draw that attendees can enter, and money raised will go toward the Centre Wellington Food Bank.
“We have a film crew coming in too, we’re going to film the rehearsal Friday night,” said DeGeer.
By the end of filming, DeGeer said there will be about a 90-minute documentary made.
