There will be celebration for Groundhog Day as The Rotary Club of Erin and East Wellington Advisory Group present Erin’s first Groundhog Day dance Feb. 2 at Centre 2000.
People are asked to dance o the music of The Big Picture, featuring “Itchy and Scratchy.” a band with lots of devoted local fans and one that always gets everyone out onto the dance floor.
The licenced event includes light refreshments and a live and silent auction.
Tickets are $20 in advance ($25 at the door) and are available at Mineva’s, The Village Green, and EWAG – all on Erin’s Main Street. Proceeds support programs of EWAG and Rotary in Erin.
So come out, have fun and support two local non-profit groups.
For more than 23 years, the EWAG has provided programs and services for children, seniors, families, and needy in East Wellington.
The Rotary Club of Erin is a member of Rotary International.
