MINTO – The Town of Minto has partnered with the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington Dufferin for this year’s EmployerOne survey.
The bi-annual report offers a chance for local employers to contribute to a deeper understanding of workforce issues in their industry by sharing insights on projected vacancies, hiring plans, recruitment strategies and challenges. After thorough analysis, a comprehensive report is crafted and made available to the public.
“This not only enhances local labour market understanding but also helps develop strategies and future project aimed to meet workforce and employer needs more effectively,” officials state.
