CENTRE WELLINGTON – AgScape, Grand River Agricultural Society (GRAS) and the Upper Grand District School Board have partnered to host a day-long AgScape thinkAG Career Competition for more than 600 students in the City of Guelph, County of Wellington and County of Dufferin.
The idea is to explore diverse career pathways within Ontario’s dynamic agriculture and agri-food sector. The event is to take place on Nov. 23 from 9:30am to 2pm at the Grand River Agricultural Society (7445 Wellington County Rd 21, Elora).
Students are to rotate between stations, meeting industry representatives and learning about the agriculture and agri-food sector and gain insights into the wide range of career opportunities available within the sector.
