GUELPH – The Stress Management and High Performance Clinic at the University of Guelph, will mark International Stress Awareness Day on Nov. 1 with a free online workshop for the public.
“Break the Anxiety-Procrastination Cycle” will be offered from 7 to 9pm.
Kinesiologist Kathy Somers explores the relationship between anxiety and procrastination, tips to decrease anxiety, and anti-procrastination strategies.
