GRAND VALLEY — On July 1, the Grand Valley BIA’s held its annual car show and the Grand Valley Lions held a 50-50 draw.
The winner of the draw was Christina Andrade of Grand Valley and Lions Kevin Ewen, Bill Waldie, Alycia Makawana, and Randy McClelland.
Officials say there was an excellent turnout of antique cars and trucks, as well as tons who showed up as spectators.
The weather was hot and humid but luckily rain was not an issue. The support the Lions received for the 50-50 draw was “fantastic” and all the proceeds went to the Grand Valley Food Bank.
The Grand Valley Lions Club want to thank all who supported the club and the food bank.
