Halloween fundraiser – Christine Peterkin and Matt Fisher of Mapleton’s Organic hosted young and old at the farm on Oct. 29 for its “Dare to be Scared Halloween Nightcrawler” event. Youngsters donned costumes for a contest, dance party, spooky tours and more. Seen here are the Yates siblings Charlee, 5; Lexi, 7; and Leo, 3. The event raised over $1,100 for the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation, surpassing a $1,000 goal. Peterkin works at the hospital as a physician.
